Project Management

Recognising that effective project management is essential for efficient operations and to avoid disputes arising, we assist with the contract administration for major construction and infrastructure projects. We provide support on a day-to-day basis by identifying and advising on potentially contentious issues faced by our clients. We also assist in addressing claims and disputes which arise during the project, with the aim of resolving them amiably and efficiently.

Construction Compliance and Advisory

We are well-versed with the various regulations and requirements that apply in project development, and often advise clients on related compliance issues. We also adopt the best practice approach, whereby we offer clients practical solutions to address any breach on their part as well as provide preventive measures.

Aside from the construction aspect of project development, we advise and act for various consultants. This includes architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and project management consultants. We are familiar with the specific regulations and requirements which govern the conduct of such professionals and regularly advise clients on related compliance issues. Our lawyers have also represented clients in disputes arising from the terms of the consultancy agreements. There are different forms of regulation and requirements to be complied with by parties in construction projects, particularly in large-scale ones.
